Accessibility Matters to Us


We are committed to accessibility and are continuously working to improve our products in consideration of industry best practices in this area. We conduct trainings to ensure our team members consider accessibility as central to the success of our products and not an afterthought.

We aim to conform our Choice Products, to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. This is an ongoing effort as we launch new features.

Our accessibility pillars

Our pillars are in line with the principles of the WCAG (POUR).

  • Perceivable – Our products will not place any barriers to accessing the application and content.
  • Operable – Our products will provide a great user experience for those using a variety of devices, such, but not limited to input devices (keyboard, navigation hardware, etc), assistive technology, or mobile.
  • Understandable – Our products will utilize content and functionality that can be understood.
  • Robust –Our products will work across different platforms, technologies, and devices within reasonable limits.

Steps we’ve taken to improve accessibility

We believe that everyone should be able to use our Choice Products and have a great experience doing so. Here are some of the items we’ve addressed to make sure our Choice Products are easy to use as possible for all:

  • Navigate and interact with the product with just a keyboard
  • Navigate and interact with the product using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver).
  • Ensure the proper color contrast.
  • Zoom in up to 300%.

Reporting accessibility issues

Our team is working to improve the accessibility of products. We want to hear from you about any accessibility issues you find while using our products or if you think we’re not meeting the accessibility requirements. Please email with any relevant details.

Testing methods we use

Evaluation Methods Used: Conformance to the listed accessibility standards has been evaluated by Tango Card and a 3rd party auditor, using a combination of static analysis tools and manual testing with assistive technologies. These tools include: Wave plugin for Firefox and Chrome, Axe plugin for Chrome, Lighthouse, NVDA, and VoiceOver on Mac OS

Conformance report

Upon request, we are happy to provide an accessibility conformance report for our Choice product. This report covers the degree of conformance for WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA requirements.
