What kind of reward did you receive?

Redeem your Reward Link

If you received a Reward Link via email:

1. Click the redemption URL in the reward email you received.

2. Spend your reward on one or more rewards from the catalog of popular brands.

3. Select Add to Cart.

4. Enter your name and email address, and check the box after reading the terms.

5. Click Complete My Order.

6. Check your inbox. Your gift cards will be sent to the email address you provided. 

If you received a printed Reward Link in the mail:

1. Go to https://www.rewardlink.io/redeem

2. Enter the 16-digit code provided on your Reward Link, then click Redeem.

3. Spend your balance on one or more rewards from the catalog of popular brands.

4. You'll receive your selection via email or mail, depending on the delivery method you choose.

Once you complete your order, you'll get an order confirmation number. (Please note, you can’t use this number to access your gift card. It’s just a number you’ll reference if you need to contact our customer support team for assistance.)

Your gift card(s) should arrive in your email inbox within one business day or by mail within 7–10 business days.

If you don't receive your reward by email, be sure to check your junk and/or spam folders.

Redeem your gift card or prepaid card

If you received your branded gift card—like Target—or prepaid card—like a Visa or Mastercard—through email or text, you can find instructions included right in the reward message.

Redeem a payment

If you’ve selected Deposit to Card:

Routing a deposit to a card allows you to redeem all or part of your payment balance to your debit card or certain existing prepaid card. The funds will show up as a credit on your debit card—or they’ll be added to your prepaid card balance. 

Funds are typically available for use within 30 minutes, depending on your bank or account issuer. Deposits to credit cards are not currently available. 

Deposit to Card FAQ:
1. Can I cancel my pending debit deposit?
No, a pending debit deposit can’t be canceled.

2. Can I deposit money to a non-USD bank account or card?
No, your balance must be deposited to a US bank account or card.

3. Can I push money to a prepaid card?
Yes. Please register or activate your prepaid card before pushing funds to it.

4. What should I look for on my statement to confirm that I’ve received my push-to-debit deposit?
Look for a deposit labeled “DISBURSEMENT” in your account.

If you’ve selected ACH:

If you’ve opted to receive your funds through an ACH deposit, the funds will be in your bank account within 1–2 business days.

ACH deposit FAQ:

1. Can I cancel my pending ACH deposit?
No, a pending ACH deposit can’t be canceled.

2. Can I deposit money to a non-USD bank account or card?
No, your balance must be deposited to a US bank account or card.

3. What should I look for on my bank statement to confirm that I’ve received my ACH deposit?
Look for a deposit labeled “DISBURSEMENT” in your account. 

If you’ve selected PayPal:
If you’ve opted to receive your payment through PayPal, the funds will be in your bank account within 30 minutes.

PayPal deposit FAQ:
1. Is there a minimum amount for a PayPal deposit?
Yes, the minimum amount is $1.00.

2. I received a reward in my email and want to deposit it to my PayPal account, but the system is unable to verify my account. What’s going on?
For security purposes, the email address associated with the reward you received must match the email address associated with your PayPal account. A mismatch will prevent verification.

3. My reward was sent to an email address that’s different from the email address associated with my PayPal account. What can I do?
You can add another email address to your PayPal account, allowing you to deposit to PayPal using the email address your reward was sent to. To learn how to add an additional email address to your PayPal account, click here.

Redeem a charitable donation

If you received a charitable donation via email:

1. Click the Reward Link provided in the reward email you received.

2. To redeem the value of your reward, choose the non-profit organization(s) that will receive your donation.

3. Spend your reward on one or more nonprofit organizations from the catalog.

4. Select Add to Cart.

5. If you have a remaining reward balance and would like to redeem another donation, repeat Steps 2–4. You can also leave the remaining reward balance and redeem it at a later time.

6. Once you've selected the organization(s) that will receive donation(s), click Checkout or Add to Cart.

7. Enter your name and email address, and check the box acknowledging the terms.

8. Click Complete My Order.

9. Check your inbox. You’ll be sent a confirmation.

If you don't receive your emailed confirmation of the donation instantly, be sure to check your junk or spam folders.

Redeem a SuperCertificate

Click on the button below and enter your SuperCertificate serial number into the box and click Activate.
