Please note that Tango is able to do business in some states without a money transmitter license due to either the absence of an otherwise applicable law or the manner in which an existing law is applied to Tango’s business model.

If you are a business Customer of Tango and have a complaint about a Reward we sent on your behalf to a Recipient, please contact Tango Support at 1-877-558-2646 or at cs@tangocard.com. If after contacting Tango customer support directly, you still believe your complaint has not been resolved, please direct your complaint to the appropriate state jurisdiction link below.

If you are a Recipient of a Reward sent by Tango and:

  • You do not know why you have received this Reward,
  • The Reward is not of the amount you expected, or
  • The Reward does not function properly,

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Entities other than FDIC insured financial institutions that conduct money transmission activities in Colorado, including the sale of money orders, transfer of funds, and other instruments for the payment of money or credit, are required to be licensed by the Colorado Division of Banking pursuant to the Money Transmitters Act, Title 11, Article 110, Colorado Revised Statutes.

If you have a Question about or Problem with YOUR TRANSACTION – THE MONEY YOU SENT: You must contact the Money Transmitter who processed your transaction for assistance. The Division of Banking does not have access to this information.
