How do I create an account?
In order to redeem your Digital Token, you must first click through the link provided in the Prepaid Visa Reward email you received and create an account on www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. When you click on the link you will be asked to select a username. Remember, you are creating a new account, so the message you hope to see is that there was not an account found with that username. When you see the message stating, “Username not found”, simply click OK to continue to account creation. You will then need to enter the physical address you want to be assigned to your card account profile. Click “Create Account” once completed. This will be your Prepaid Code Center Account going forward so be sure to remember your login information you just created. If you receive additional Prepaid Visa Rewards, you can use this same account to redeem them.
Why do I need to create a profile?
The address in your profile will be used by online merchants to perform address verification on transactions with your Prepaid Visa Card. This will also be the address used to send you your Prepaid Visa Card if you choose the Physical Prepaid Visa Card if you choose that option.
What information is in my Digital Wallet website account?
Your entire transaction history can be found in your Prepaid Code Your entire transaction history can be found through the digital wallet account. Redemption dates, card data, purchase information, physical card mailing dates, and balances for your card(s).
What is a Virtual Prepaid Visa Card?
A Virtual Prepaid Visa Card is a 16 digit card account that will be displayed immediately. You can start shopping online, over the phone, or add the card to your favorite retailer or fast food mobile app, wherever Visa debit is accepted. NOTE: A Virtual Prepaid Visa Card cannot be used in a physical store.
Is there a fee for a Physical Prepaid Visa Card?
Yes. There is a $3.00 fee for the creation and shipment of your new Physical Prepaid Visa Card.
How long will it take to receive my Physical Prepaid Visa Card?
Standard delivery is 5 – 7 business days to receive your Physical Prepaid Visa Card. It will be shipped in a plain white envelope. NOTE: For orders outside of the US, delivery times vary.
Can I change from a Virtual Prepaid Visa card to a Physical Prepaid Visa Card?
Yes. If you have never used your Virtual Prepaid Visa, you can contact Prepaid Visa Customer Service directly and request they convert the card to a Physical Prepaid Visa card that will be mailed to you. The $3 processing fee will still apply. Prepaid Visa Customer Service contact information is provided below.
What does ‘Save for Later’ Mean?
When choosing your card, you may see an option that allows you to save your Prepaid Digital Token for later. This option saves your token so you can combine the value of that token with other tokens at a later date to get one card for a larger value. You can view or combine your Saved Tokens by logging in and clicking on ‘Saved Tokens’. Be sure to notice the expiration date of the Prepaid Digital Token, because expiration still applies to saved tokens.
Can I combine more than one Digital Token for a single Prepaid Visa Card?
Yes. You can save your Digital Token for redemption at a later time. Simply choose the ‘Save for Later’ option when choosing your reward during the redemption process. There is a convenience fee of 5% of the total redemption that is deducted from the new card. That fee cannot be less than $1.00 or greater than $5.00. A maximum value of $1,000.00 can be redeemed on to a card at a single time.
Can I redeem a ‘Saved Token’ without the fee?
Yes, you can redeem “Saved Tokens’ one by one for Virtual Cards with no charge.
Can I get cash for my Prepaid Visa Card?
No. There is not an option to redeem for cash.
Does my Digital token expire?
Yes. The Prepaid Digital Tokens do have an expiration date and can not be used after they expire. Be sure to pay close attention to the expiration date provided when redeeming for your Virtual/Physical card.
I did not receive my Security PIN. What should I do?
You may be emailed a security PIN after you select your Prepaid Visa Card, which you will use to complete the redemption process. If you do not receive the Security PIN, you may click the Resend PIN option to have another PIN email sent to you. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder for the email. NOTE: The Resend PIN email will be sent to the email assigned to the user name you created.
Why is my Prepaid Visa Card being declined?
You can see card details at any time by clicking the original email link that was sent to you. Or, if you created a username and password for your Digital Wallet, log in and click on the card you’d like to look at. You’ll be able to see card details, mail dates, balances, PINs, spend history and more.
