Prepaid Visa Rewards

To redeem your reward, you must first click through the redemption link in the reward email you received and provide your email address and your billing/shipping information. NOTE: If you are in Canada, the Postal Code must be entered in this format: XXX XXX.

Once you submit this information, you will be presented with the option to redeem your reward for either a virtual visa card or a physical visa card. If you have an issue with the redemption link, you can also redeem your reward by submitting the Digital Token provided with your reward directly at

After you redeem your reward, you can access your card information by clicking on the original redemption link or you can create a digital wallet on the website by clicking the “Create or Add to a Digital Wallet” button.

No. You do not have to create a Digital Wallet for your visa card, but doing so allows you to save and access one or more visa cards you’ve redeemed in one location that accessible via a Username and Password without having to keep track of the original redemption link you used to redeem the reward.
Whether accessing your prepaid visa summary page in a Digital Wallet or via the original redemption link, you will be able to view the Digital Token associated with the card, the billing/shipping address provided, the redemption date for the card, any transaction information available for the card, and the current balance for your card. For virtual visa cards, you will also see the complete card number, the expiration date, and the CVV code for the card. For physical cards, you will see the shipping status of the card or the date the card was shipped.
A Virtual Prepaid Visa Card is a 16-digit visa card number that is provided immediately upon redemption. Virtual cards are intended for use online or via phone only and are generally accepted worldwide wherever Visa Debit is accepted. However, they are not compatible with PayPal or any similar service intended to transfer funds from one account to another.
Yes. There is a $3.00 fee for the creation and shipment of your new Physical Prepaid Visa Card.
Physical cards are mailed via First Class US mail and standard delivery time to addresses in the US is 7-10 business days after redemption. The card will be shipped in a plain white envelope. You will receive an email notification when your card is shipped. NOTE: For orders outside of the US, delivery times vary. The estimated delivery time will be provided when redeeming your reward for a physical card.
Yes. As long as your Virtual Prepaid Visa still has its full original balance, you can contact Prepaid Digital Solutions Customer Support and request they convert the card to a Physical Prepaid Visa card. Their team will help get your reward unredeemed so you may redeem it again for a Physical Prepaid Card. The $3 processing fee will still apply.
No. Each Prepaid Visa Reward is redeemable for a single card and balances cannot be combined, reloaded, or transferred.
No. Prepaid Visa Cards cannot be used for cash via any means.
Yes. Prepaid Visa Rewards/Digital tokens do expire 4 months after the rewards are issued and cannot be redeemed after they expire. After redemption for either a virtual or physical card, those cards expire in 7 months and any balance left on the card at the time of expiration is forfeit to Prepaid Digital Solutions.
Prepaid Visa is generally valid for use worldwide wherever Visa Debit is accepted. However, the cards cannot be used for any transaction intended to covert the balance to cash or transfer the balance to another account nor are they compatible with PayPal. Also, there are vendors who simply do not accept Prepaid cards as a payment method. As such, to find out why your card is not working with any particular vendor or on a particular site, you will need to contact the retailer directly or access your Prepaid Visa summary via your redemption link or Digital Wallet to view any transaction information regarding the decline you are getting.

If your card is lost or stolen, you should contact the Customer Service team immediately by phone: 1-866-230-3809 or by email:
A reissue fee of $12.95 will be charged to any cards that have been deemed lost/stolen, and will be deducted from the account balance upon issuance of the replacement card.
