Employee engagement in the workplace is a key aspect all companies should be focused on continuously improving. From keeping employees in the loop, recognizing accomplishments and gathering relevant feedback it’s important for companies to keep employees engaged. We sat down with a group of companies who are focused on improving employee engagement with digital rewards powered by Tango Card to learn more about their programs and what works for them.
When asked how they work with Tango Card, 58% of companies order through Rewards Genius, 36% bulk order through Blast Rewards, 24% are integrated with the RaaS API, and 12% use a platform that has a Tango Card integration.
When asked which rewards they used, 97% of companies use gift cards, 30% use cash cards like PayPal/Visa/bitcoin, and 27% use nonprofit donations.
When asked how rewards were being fulfilled prior to Tango Card, 21% of companies said they did not send rewards, 9% processed checks/deposits/disbursements themselves, 58% purchased physical rewards and fulfilled themselves, 24% purchased digital rewards and fulfilled themselves, and 9% has another fulfillment partner.
When asked what challenges were faced prior to working with Tango Card, 73% of companies spent too much time purchasing and fulfilling incentives, 58% struggles with tracking/handling lost rewards, 46% faced long reward delivery times, 46% had a limited reward selection, 38% had high fees/costs associated with fulfilling rewards, 23% lacked customer support for reward recipients, 15% experienced a lack of program support from their previous reward provider, and 4% did not have a reward selection that fit their program.
When asked about what improvements they have experienced since working with Tango Card 65% of companies said they have seen a reduction in time managing/fulfilling rewards, 60% have seen rewards delivered faster or more on-time, 48% have happier reward recipients, 42% have seen a reduction in cost managing/fulfilling rewards, 38% have seen improved customer service, 33% have experienced better program support, and 33% have seen an increase in their desired business result.
