E-gift cards are an efficient and cost-effective way of disbursing small and medium sized payouts. We spoke with a group of companies who work with us for payment disbursements, including McGraw-Hill Education, NADAMobile, and Western Governors University. Many of them experienced improved business results and a reduction in time and cost.
When asked how they work with Tango Card 14% of companies order through Rewards Genius, 50% bulk order through Blast Rewards, 5% order a file of reward codes, 36% are integrated in with our RaaS API, and 18% have a platform that is integrated with Tango Card.
When asked which rewards are being used, 100% of companies said they use gift cards, 18% use nonprofit donations, and 41% use cash cards like PayPal/Visa/Bitcoin.
Prior to Tango Card, 9% of companies did not send rewards, 36% processed checks/deposits/disbursements themselves, 18% purchased physical rewards and fulfilled themselves, 55% purchased digital rewards and fulfilled themselves, and 27% had another fulfillment partner.
Before working with Tango Card, 70% of companies spent a lot of time purchasing and fulfilling incentives, 35% had high fees and costs associated with fulfilling rewards, 50% struggled with tracking and handling lost rewards, 35% found that rewards were taking too long to be delivered, 40% lacked customer support for reward recipients, 20% lacked program support from their reward provider, 55% had a limited reward selection, and 10% had a reward selection that did not fit their program.
Now that they are partnered with Tango Card, 80% of companies have seen a reduction in time spent managing and fulfilling rewards, 60% have seen a reduction in cost spent managing and fulfilling rewards, 25% have seen an increase in their desired business result, 45% have experienced improved customer service, 45% have happier reward recipients, 60% see rewards delivered faster or more on-time, 30% have received better program support since partnering with Tango Card.
